2. Refunds for Ask Angila Services
2.1 One-on-One Coaching and Group Workshops
Refunds for coaching sessions or group workshops are subject to the following conditions:

Approved refunds will be issued minus a processing fee of 20%

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

2.2 Digital Products
Payments for downloadable resources, e-books, or other digital content are non-refundable due to the immediate delivery nature of these products.
2.3 Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule one-on-one coaching sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty.
3. Refunds for Athello Matchmakers, Inc. Services
3.1 Matchmaking Services
Refunds for matchmaking services, including database memberships and premium matchmaking packages, are subject to the following conditions:

Once the matchmaking process has begun (e.g., profile creation, introductions), no refunds will be provided.

3.2 Database Memberships
Membership fees for the Athello Matchmakers database are non-refundable. Non-paying database members are not eligible for refunds or guarantees of matches.
4. Cross-Brand Refunds
Refund requests for services involving both Ask Angila and Athello Matchmakers must specify the service purchased and the brand it falls under. Each refund request will be evaluated based on the policies specific to that brand.
